During this 3-hour workshop, Anais Viola will guide dancers through a complete training session including:

- Stage attitude and confidence
- Flow and body control
- Choreographic work
- Performance and self-expression
This workshop is open to all levels, with exercises adapted from beginner to intermediate dancers to ensure everyone can progress comfortably.
