Feriel Gharbi
A Talented Dancer and Choreographer
Fériel Gharbi began her journey into the world of dance at the age of 4. She initially trained in classical ballet, modern jazz, and flamenco. Drawn to the dynamic universe of hip-hop, she expanded her horizons by studying under renowned teachers in France and abroad.
At the age of 18, Fériel pursued her dream by joining the training program at “Studios du Cours” in Marseille, where she obtained her State Diploma in jazz dance. Since 2012, she has shared her passion as a teacher in various dance schools, imparting her love for jazz and street jazz.
In 2017, Fériel reached a significant milestone in her career by joining the international tour of the artist Black M as a professional dancer. For two years, she captivated audiences with over 150 performances, including memorable shows at Bercy and numerous televised events.
The 16.9 Dance Studio
In 2019, Fériel Gharbi joined the teaching team at Urban Team school in Geneva. There, she teaches street jazz, L.A. style, and heels classes, sharing her expertise and unique style with her students.
Always eager for improvement, Fériel has been regularly training since 2010 at prestigious studios in Los Angeles, including the Millennium Dance Complex, as well as the Broadway Dance Center in New York.
In 2021, at just 27 years old, Fériel achieved one of her greatest dreams by opening her own dance studio, 16.9. This studio represents the culmination of her passion and commitment to dance. Fériel creates a space where she can inspire and guide other dancers, sharing her unconditional love for this art and her desire to see each student fully thrive.
